Tajikistan and IMF discuss banking and crediting system

AKIPRESS.COM - The Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan Nematullo Hikmatullozoda met with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation headed by Padamja Khandelwal in Dushanbe on Sept 23, Khovar reports.
The meeting focused on the issues relating to the economic and social development of the country during the nine months of the current year, in particular, on macroeconomic indicators of the country, GDP volume, inflation rate, growth rate in the agricultural and industrial sectors, trade and services, establishment of small and medium-sized enterprises, consumer market prices, import and export of goods, cash remittances, banking and credit systems.
Following the meeting, the two parties expressed their readiness to further develop cooperation in various economic sectors.
