AKIPRESS.COM - The moment of arrest of policemen in Bishkek was caught on camera on Sept 23 evening.
Eyewitnesses sent their photos and videos.
October district police employees were detained for extortion of bribery. 3 operative officers and an investigator extorted $2,500 in exchange for a positive decision in criminal probe. They were detained on September 23 red-handed while taking $1,000 by the financial police and Interior Ministry's own security service employees.
All the detainees were taken to temporary detention facility of Bishkek.
