Bishkek, Sept.25, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s capital Bishkek will host the Vistula Polish Film Festival, the press service of the Consulate of Poland in the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The opening ceremony will take place at the Aitmatov House of Cinema on Oct.5. The Festival will last until Oct.11, and films by famous Polish directors can be viewed for free.
The Festival includes the screening of such films as Filip Bajon’s Kamerdyner, Cold War by Paweł Pawlikowski, Lukasz Grzegorzek’s A Coach's Daughter, work of Alexander Petshak Juliusz, Denis Delic’s Squadron 303, A cat with a dog of Janusz Kondratiuk.
On the final day, Oct.11, guests will be shown Adventurers’ Club, directed by Tomasz Szafranski. On the same day, Ewa Bukowska's 53 Wars film will be screened.
