Turkmenistan celebrates 28th anniversary of its independence

AKIPRESS.COM - Turkmenistan is celebrating the Independence Day today. The main festive events in honor of Independence Day were traditionally organized in Ashgabat. The morning of September 27 in Ashgabat begins with laying flowers at the Monument of Independence of Turkmenistan.
According to information on the Central square of the Turkmen capital held a military parade and a procession of citizens, and in the evening on the square in front of entertainment center "Alem" will take place gala concert with participation of pop stars and creative teams. The celebrations will be concluded with fireworks.
Festive events, flower-laying, processions and concerts in honor of the Independence Day of Turkmenistan are simultaneously held in the administrative centers of provinces and districts of the country, as well as in large cities.
