Government approves draft resolution on republican budget for 2020

Bishkek, Sept.29, 2019. /Kabar/. During the regular meeting, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has approved the draft resolution "On the Republican Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2020 and the forecast for 2021-2022 years", the press service of the Government reported.
Minister of Finance Baktygul Jeenbayeva reported it is proposed to approve the republican budget for 2020 in terms of revenues in the amount of KGS 163 billion 710 million 434.2 thousand and expenditures in the amount of KGS 173 billion 663 million 937.2 thousand.
According to the minister’s data, the maximum amount of the republican budget deficit of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2020 will be approved in the amount of KGS 9 billion 953 million 503 thousand.
It is proposed to allocate funds from external and internal sources of financing in the amount of KGS 9,953,503.0 thousand to cover the maximum amount of the republican budget deficit for 2020.
"It is proposed to approve the volume of funds, allocated for financing of capital investments in 2020 in the amount of KGS 3,000,000 and to direct them to the completion of construction of facilities, provided for in previous periods, and to the construction, reconstruction of facilities approved in the list for 2020, taking into account their priority.
Besides, it is proposed that KGS 150,000 will be allocated for the payment of budgetary funds to victims of natural disasters, according to the state mortgage certificates of the State Agency for Budget Loans Management under the Ministry of Finance," Finance Minister Baktygul Jeenbayeva said.
The amount of funds allocated to finance incentive (share) grants in 2020 will be approved in the amount of KGS 600,000,0 thousand, in 2021 - 600,000,0 thousand, in 2022 – KGS 800,000,0 thousand.
Taking into account proposals and comments, the draft resolution "On the Republican Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2020 and the forecast for 2021-2022 years" has been approved.
