State Registration Service launches car check service

AKIPRESS.COM - The State Regitration Service launched the vehicle records check service on e-service portal www.portal.srs.kg on Oct 2, the service reports. Carcheck service allows to obtain information about vehicle, data on car status concerning arrest or pawn, the presence of unpaid tickets, about previous owners and some technical data.
"One of the advantages of the current service is to capability to check the vehicle information before buying car in order to exclude possible problems during the purchase and sales transaction," the statement said.
The pilot project was launched from Oct 1 to April 1, 2020 as part of the digital transformation concept "Sanarip Kyrgyzstan 2019-2023".
