Kyrgyz film Aurora in Oscar long list

AKIPRESS.COM - The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has announced long lists of semi-finalists in nine separate categories, including the Foreign Language Film category. And Kyrgyz film "Aurora" made it to that list.
The Oscars 2019 will be held on February 9, 2020 in Los Angeles.
The film presents the famous resort "Aurora", which was built back in Soviet times on Lake Issyk-Kul. The action takes place in one day. The tragic and at the same time ridiculous situations reflect the main problems of the country.
