214 people in Alamedin district seek medical aid from animal bites since year start

AKIPRESS.COM - 214 citizens applied for medical assistance in Alamedin district following animal bites in nine months of 2019, said the Department of Disease Prevention on Oct 4.
93 children over 14 years old were bitten by animals.
29 severe cases, 30 average, 155 cases of mild form were recorded. 182 people were bitten by dog, 7 bitten by cats. 24 people were bitten by wild animals, mostly rats.
