Jeenbekov receives First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov met with First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Yaqub Eyyubov Abdulla oglu, who arrived in Kyrgyzstan for the session of the Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani Joint Economic Commission.
Jeenbekov and Eyyubov discussed cooperation issues. Jeenbekov pointed out that one of the key moments of further development of bilateral relations is the diversification of economic cooperation, which has a significant potential yet to be unlocked.
He stressed the importance of implementation of energy, transport, mining, education, medical and tourist cooperation.
Eyyubov said President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is looking forward to meeting President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov in Baku for the session of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States.
