Kyrgyz PM explains why Business Ombudsman is foreigner

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyz Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev explained why the foreigner was appointed as the Business Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan.
"We want to give a signal to the investors that they can be confident in doing business in Kyrgyzstan and investing in our economy," he said.
Former UK Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Robin Ord-Smith has been earlier named as Business Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan.
On October 8, his deputies were named: Sergey Ponomarev, the Vice-President of the Dordoi Association and a member of the Political Council of the Emgek Party, and Nurlan Musuraliev, the Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan.
PM Abilgaziyev wished them success.
