AKIPRESS.COM - MP Aziz Tursunbayev raised the question of lack of veterinary post at the Baimak-road checkpoint on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border.
Speaking at the parliament's session, Tusunbayev said the relations between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan have improved thanks to the efforts of the presidents.
The local businessmen who have contracts with Uzbek colleagues on the sale of cattle and meat have to face problems due to the lack of feterinary control, he said.
PM pledged to address this issue during his trip to Ala-Buka, but the question is not being addressed yet, MP said.
