Second underpass built in Jalal-Abad

AKIPRESS.COM - The second underground walkway has been commissioned in Jalal-Abad town, Turmush reports. The first one was unveiled in September 2018.
The second underpass was built on the Lenin street and has sales outlets inside.
The opening ceremony was attended by mayor Murataly Tagayev, town council members, representatives of institutions and organizations and locals.
According to the mayor, the underpass became one of the largest projects, which was implemented in the framework of the Year of Development of Regions and Digitalization.
The sales outlets are property of the municipality, he said.
Construction of the pedestrian walkway was estimated at 26,338,000 som. The tender was won by Safari company, which proposed to build it for 20,900,000 som. The length of the underpass is 40 meters and width - 9 meters.
