Mongolia to establish Embassy in Abu Dhabi

AKIPRESS.COM - The proposal to consult on the establishment of Mongolian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, the UAE was discussed and approved during the plenary session of the Parliament of Mongolia, Montsame reports.
The United Arabic Emirates (UAE) established the Embassy of the UAE in Mongolia in 2016. Mongolia has a broad opportunity of closely cooperating with the UAE in drawing investments, implementing joint projects, cooperating with foundations and financial institutes including Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority etc.
The United Arabic Emirates (UAE) imports 90 percent of their total meat consumption annually. Therefore, Mongolia has a great deal of meat resources to supply this rapidly increasing need. The Embassy is to have three employees initially and the UAE side stated to be responsible for some expenses.
54.2 percent of Parliament Members have approved this proposal.
