Predetonation of ammunition fragment kills soldier in Arys

AKIPRESS.COM - A military officer died as a result of predetonation of a fragment of an ammunition near the city of Arys during, the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan said.
The accident occurred on October 11 during the scheduled works on elimination of collected fragments of ammunition on the territory of a specially equipped ground in 60 km from Arys.
Exact reasons and circumstances of the accident are being investigated, the Ministry noted.
