Ministry of Economy offers to combine forms of patents and health insurance cards

AKIPRESS.COM - The Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan proposed a draft decree of the government on amendments to several decisions of the Kyrgyz Republic for public discussion, the government reported.
To create favorable conditions for tax payers, the Ministry offers modern methods of tax administration which simplify the procedures of purchasing patent and health insurance cads in tax services by combining forms of patents and health insurance cards and introducing mechanism of distant receiving of insurance payment.
At a moment, tax payers first stand in line for issuance of patent, then they line up for issuance of a health insurance card which takes a huge time from tax payers. There is an electronic patent, but there is a lack of opportunity of remote receiving of an insurance payment.
