AKIPRESS.COM - As part of the 2019 Busan International Film Festival, which was held on October 3-12 in South Korea, the Kyrgyz film Joo Kuluk won prize of the International Federation of Film Critics, the Cinematography Development Fund reported. The well-known prize winners of the International Federation of Film Critics are such directors as Emir Kusturica, Andrey Tarkovsky, Francis Ford Coppola, Roman Polansky, Michelangelo Antonioni and Wim Wenders.
The film "Joo Kuluk" is an emotional story focused on children's world with their unchildish problems and opinions, but with childish innocence and childishness peculiar only to children.
