Jeenbekov expressed condolences to Japan over deadly typhoon Hagibis

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyz President Sooronbai Jeenbekov expressed his condolences to Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in connection with the deadly typhoon Hagibis, his office said on October 14.
"It is with great sorrow that I learned the news about the casualties and damages caused by typhoon Hagibis in Japan. On behalf of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic and myself, I express my condolences to the families and friends of the victims and share the grief of the loss. I wish speedy recovery to all the injured," the letter of condolence reads.
According to preliminary reports, 47 people died in typhoon Hagibis.
More than 110,000 people are taking part in search and rescue operations after Typhoon Hagibis struck Japan on Saturday.
