Transplantation by foreign specialists to be banned in Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Foreign citizens will be prohibited to perform transplantation in Kazakhstan, Minister of Health Elzhan Birtanov said today at the session of the Mazhilis during presentation of the new Code on health of the population and health system, Vlast.kz reports.
"We propose to ban transplantation on the territory of Kazakhstan by foreign citizens, who do not live in Kazakhstan," the Minister said.
According to him, transplantation is a very difficult operation, which involves tens of specialists and requires certain conditions.
