Kyrgyzstanis win 6 medals at Asian junior championships in UAE

AKIPRESS.COM - Athletes from Kyrgyzstan gained 6 medals at the ASBC Asian Confederation Junior Boxing Championships in the United Arab Emirates. The tournament was held on October 10-17. Kyrgyzstan was represented by 12 athletes, who won 2 silver and 4 bronze medals.
Halit Aliyev became vice champion of Asia in the weight category up to 80 kg and Argen Baktybekov became vice champion in the weight category over 80 kg.
Four other Kyrgyzstanis won bronze medals.
