AKIPRESS.COM - A 29-year-old man from Kazakhstan was fined after he raised a stink at the railway station in the city of Ust-Kut in Irkutsk region, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported.
The Kazakhstani came to Russia with the hope to find a job in the oil company but he was refused in employment. When he had to return home without job, he decided to drink alcohol before his way home. The train chief refused to take the drunk passenger.
Then the man climbed the 20-meter lighting tower and started threatening suicide. The Kazakhstani demanded to arrange a direct call eaither with Vladimir Putin or LDPR party leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky.
According to the reports, during the scandal, the man was throwing electrical insulators at rescuers, police officers and employees of the railway station. After a 9-hour scandal, the leadership of the railway station managed to contact with the hooligans's mother and wife.
During the conversation with man's wife, it was established that she is pregnant. Following the talks, the Kazakhstani went down and surrendered to the police. He was heavily fined and released home.
The man could be banned to enter the Russian territory after his actions.
