Amusement rides in Kazakhstan no longer usable as they do not meet technical regulations of EAEU

AKIPRESS.COM - All amusement rides in the Eurasian Economic Union countries should be now produced only if they meet the technical regulation of the EAEU, the Eurasian Economic Commission said.
A transition period of the EAEU regulations on safety of amusement rides has completed.
From October 18, 2019, all amusement rides should be produced only in compliance with the technical regulation of the EAEU and the presence of documents confirming this correspondence.
A correspondence certificate is necessary for power-driven amusement rides that are of a high risk.
The declaration about correspondence is necessary for nonmechanized amusement rides that are less dangerous while using.
The EAEU technical regulation on safety of amusement rides entered into force on April 19, 2018 and established obligatory requirements for designing, production of amusement rides and their assembling and maintenance, exploitation and preservation.
