AKIPRESS.COM - MP Ryskeldi Mombekov criticized the government officials for increased cases of participation in opening ceremonies of private companies.
"The cases of cutting ribbons at private objects by government officials are increasing, but the credits should not go to them but to the businessmen," he said.
Mombekov said "soon they will fall short of the ribbons if they continued cutting them everywhere."
Vice Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov disagreed with the MP saying that it's right for the government members to participate in opening ceremonies of private enterprises.
"We create conditions for their business. If we don't participate in such events, then we get criticized for distancing from the people. If we do participate, we get criticized for doing it too much," he said.
Boronov said thanks to the government efforts the new private enterprises are being created.
