Kyrgyzstan ratifies agreement with Turkmenistan on elimination of double taxation

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed into law the agreement between the Government of Kyrgyzstan and the Government of Turkmenistan on the elimination of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion with regard to income taxes. The deal was signed on 23 August 2018 in Ashgabat.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic was instructed to notify the Turkmen side about completion of domestic procedures necessary for the agreement's entry into force.
