Naryn governor, French Ambassador discuss cooperation

AKIPRESS.COM - The governor of the Nary region Emilbek Alymkulov received the French ambassador in Kyrgyzstan Michael Roux on Oct 30, Turmush reports. The ambassador noted that he was coming to Naryn for the third time and added that he would provide assistance in the reconstruction of the At-Bashy HPP and the opening of a school for the balanced development of children and also showed interest in cooperation in any other areas.
Alymkulov, for his part, noted that there is opportunity for attraction of investments for honey export, reconstruction of ski center, tourism development, construction of small HPP at the Naryn river, development of agriculture, etc.
The parties discussed the cooperation issues between Naryn and cities located in the mountain regions of France. The ambassador said that he will consider this issue with French investors.
Following the meeting, the parties exchanged the presents. The ambassador presented French vine to governor and mayor of the town.
