3-year-old child dies after being hit by car in a yard in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - A 3-year-old child died after being hit by a car in one of the yards of Bishkek.
The accident occurred on Sunday afternoon.
One of the residents of the apartment house did not notice the boy running and hit him in the yard.
Police arrived on the scene and obtained the video from CCTV camera.
One of the residents of the apartment house told AKIpress that their yard was supposed to be safe, fenced, and under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.
"The gates are supposed to open only for extra ordinary cases such as loading/unloading of trucks or for ambulance cars to get in. The rest of the time the yard was closed. Therefore, the residents were sure that the yard is safe for children," she said.
