Senate of Kazakhstan considers agenda for next session

AKIPRESS.COM - The Bureau of the Senate of Kazakhstan today considered the agenda for the next session on November 7, the Senate reports. The agenda for the next session will include ratification of the agreement between Kazakhstan and Ukraine on extradition, ratification of the protocol on amendments to the agreement on cooperation and mutually beneficial help in customs affairs dated April 15, 1994, amendments to some legal acts of Kazakhstan on providing state services.
The Bureau members also discussed the draft laws approved by the Mazhilis.
The committee on constitutional legislation, judicial system and law enforcement bodies will be accountable for draft law on ratification of the agreement between Kazakhstan and Mongolia on tranfer of convicts.
The bill on ratification of the agreement between Kazakhstan and Turkey on military cooperation was handed over to the committee on foreign affairs, defense and security.
According to the plan of the Senate for November 29, the Senate will consider the water security of Kazakhstan. The draft law will be organized by the committee on foreign affairs, defense and security.
