Mobile app for 2020 census to be tested in Osh

AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek hosted 4th meeting of the state commission for population and housing census 2020 on Nov 4, said the National Statistics Committee. The chairman of the Committee Akylbek Sultanov briefed the participants on the progress in implementing measures for the census, according to which governors in the regions, mayors of towns, heads of state administrations and local governments should complete the work of installing a street nameplate.
According to the deputy chairman of Committee Koshoi Isaliyev, the upcoming census will be held in e-format using mobile app to collect and process the data. The meeting participants also spoke about the planned testing of the mobile app, which will be held in November in Osh.
