AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek Emergency Department Vice Chief Mairambek Junusov has suggested to check private kindergartens in terms of their compliance with fire safety rules.
The official referred to fire at the Chudo-Detki private kindergarten on October 11. Fire at the kindergarten occurred after electric circuit failure in a day-time when 84 children were in the building. No one was injured, children were immediately evacuated.
"The situation with private kindergartens is critical. However, there is moratorium on check of private organizations. I ask to consider lifting the moratorium," the official said at the meeting in Bishkek mayor's office on November 11.
