AKIPRESS.COM - The Interior Ministry of Uzbekistan has asked to refrain from provocative comments in social media over the brawl between Uzbek and Turkish citizens at the construction site in Samarkand upon completion of the investigation.
The Interior Ministry said a fight between citizens of Uzbekistan and Turkey occurred at the construction site of the apartment building belonging to Agromir Building LLC on November 6.
The fight occurred after an Uzbek citizen, seasonal worker at the construction site, decided to warm up near the fire, but conflicted with several Turkish workers recruited by Agromir Building LLC. Other workers joined the conflict leading to a brawl. Four Turkish citizens and one Uzbek citizen received mild injuries in the brawl.
More than 1,800 citizens of Uzbekistan and above 200 citizens of Turkey work at the construction site.
