AKIPRESS.COM - The Moscow city court acquitted a citizen of Kyrgyzstan detained on August 10 during the protests, the Russian media report.
The detainee was fined 10,000 rubles for violation of order of holding public events by the Zyuzin court.
The Moscow city court found the migrant having nothing to do with the violation he was accused of.
"The Kyrgyz barely speaks Russian. Previously, he was accused of shouting the battle-cry "Russia will be free!" during the opposition protests and violating public order," the statement said.
According to News.RU, the Kyrgyzstani is in Moscow for job. The young man said he was just going home from work on August 10 when he was detained by police.
