SIZO-1 of Bishkek to be relocated to Alga village: GSIN

AKIPRESS.COM - The colony #47 and SIZO-1 in Bishkek will be relocated as soon as funds are allocated, said the deputy chairman of the State Penitentiary Service Taalaibek Nuraliyev at the press conference on Nov 14. Osh and Karakol penal institutions also will be relocated later, he said and added that this issue will be solved within 3 years.
Currently, the issue with the local regional municipalities on provision of land plots, he said.
Nuraliyev noted that SIZO-1 will move to Alga village and colony #47 to the Moldovanovka village and issue concerning penal institutions in Osh and Karakol is under consideration, he said.
