Nazarbayev meets rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University

AKIPRESS.COM - The First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on November 13 received rector of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Galimkair Mutanov, the press service of the former President said. During the talks, Nazarbayev stressed the importance of development of the university and strengthening its international reputation.
He called on to create a research university and pay attention to the quality of education and increasing the level of preparation of the staff.
The rector briefed on the process of preparation of events dedicated to the Abu Nasr Al-Farabi's 1150th birth anniversary celebrations.
