Ten-day campaign for provision free legal assistance kicks off in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - A ten-day campaign on provision of free legal assistance to population launched in Kyrgyzstan, organized by Justice Ministry and conducted by the center for coordination of legal assistance guaranteed by state under the Justice Ministry on Nov 18. The employees of the center for provision of free legal assistance to population under the territorial justice departments, state notaries, coordinators for provision of state legal assistance, a number of non-commercial organizations, as well as legal clinics of universities will provide free legal assistance across the Kyrgyzstan until Nov 22.
The campaign is aimed at increasing the level of legal safety to vulnerable population, provision of legal assistance, legal education, ensuring access to justice, assistance in realizing the rights, freedoms and legal interests of citizens.
Legal assistance is provided through the provision of verbal consultations on legal issues.
