New administrative center under construction in Batken region

AKIPRESS.COM - 15 ha of land were allocated for the construction of the new administrative center in the Bujum village of the Batken region, said region's governor Akram Madumarov during his working visit to Kara-Bulak village council on Nov 18. During the meeting, the locals of Kara-Bulak village raised the issue of reconstruction of water supply pipes and electricity transmission lines, transformation and allocation of land plots for construction of houses, improving infrastructure in the populated areas.
In addition, the locals proposed to protect area, where the "Aigul" flower grows, as well as create conditions for tourists in this area and clean up the "Almaly" resort.
The heads of the corresponding agencies were instructed to resolve the issue of provision of clean drinking water to the locals.
At the end of the meeting, the governor visited area, where new administrative center of Batken region will be built.
Over 15,000 people live in the village council.
