Government gives its opinion on bill on special status of Arslanbap and Sary-Chelek walnut forests

AKIPRESS.COM - The government of Kyrgyzstan gave its opinion on the draft laws on special status of Arslanbap and Sary-Chelek relict walnut forests and amendments to some laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The bills were initiated by MP Almazbek Ergeshov.
Therefore, release of entities and persons making business on the territories of the Arslanbap and Sary-Chelek forests from tax on income will lead to the violation of tax equity and reduction of revenues of state budget, the government says.
This issue is offered to be considered separately in the draft bill.
The statement says that the draft laws should be passed taking into consideration of all remarks and proposals of the government.
