Number of vehicles increases in Kyrgyzstan more than thrice: Road police

AKIPRESS.COM - A number of vehicles increased in Kyrgyzstan, said road police on Nov 18 citing State Registration Service. The vehicle park of Kyrgyzstan increased by more than three times since 2010 and to date a number of vehicles totaled over 1.3 million cars, whereas there were 444,094 cars in 2010.
The traffic capacity in Bishkek is designed for 40,000 vehicles daily, however according to the Registration Service currently over 420,000 vehicles are recorded in Bishkek, which is increasing traffic capacity by 10 times, noted road police.
