AKIPRESS.COM - The Namangan Square Project in Ferghana Valley was presented in Tashkent, UzA said. The first smart city in the region will be erected on a 18-ha area by the developer that carried out projects in Brazil, India, UAE, Russia and other countries.
MJ Developers co-founder Ankit Jalan said the company plans to make Namangan Square the home for 10,000 citizens in 2021.
Near 325,000 sq meters of office, residential and shopping areas will be erected on more than 10 ha of the park space with the unique landscape design combining ultramodern solutions and ancient traditions of Namangan gardening.
The main decoration of the Namangan Square will be two towers. These will be first skyscrapers in Ferghana Valley.
The Namangan Square project has been designed by Indian architect Hafeez Contractor, who has designed many skyscrapers in India.
