AKIPRESS.COM - A fox cub has been caught on camera on the territory of the Ustyurt Nature Reserve in Kazakhstan, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported.
The photo was posted on Facebook by spokesman of the Committee for Forestry and Wildlife of Kazakhstan Saken Dildakhmet.
"Our wild animals began actively posing on camera. Here are the awesome selfies we received!" he wrote.
The Ustyurt Nature Reserve is located in western Kazakhstan. The reserve lies near the borders with Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Its purpose is to preserve the deserts as well as the rare flora and fauna. It contains a big variety of flora and fauna.
Scientists of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries often use camera traps for examination of the number and life of various animals in the remote areas.
Dildakhmet has posted a video of his colleagues from Kyrgyzstan, where a curious snow leopard was caught on camera.
