16yo schoolboy replaces Vice PM Altynai Omurbekova for 2 hours

AKIPRESS.COM - The Vice PM Altynai Omubekova participated in the Children Rule campaign dedicated to the International Children's Day organized by UNICEF. Emir Aidyraliyev, 16, replaced Omurbekova for two hours and held a meeting dedicated to the issues of adolescent suicide and prevention of bullying in schools.
Aidyraliyev noted that government needs to pay more attention to solving acute issues of children from low-income families and proposed opening various free courses, self-development trainings, so that children will have additional opportunity to gain knowledge.
The young acting Vice PM raised issues of minor suicide and school bullying. According to him, these suicide cases are resulted from the lack of attention and understanding from parents and relatives.
Aidyraliyev also suggested to introduce of mentoring mechanisms for adolescents.
