Budget of Kazakhstan performs worst result in EAEU

AKIPRESS.COM - The revenue budget of Kazakhstan in Jan-Sept 2019 amounted to morethan 7.7 trillion tenge against 8.5 trillion tenge, LS reported. Thus, the budget deficit reached 813.1 billion tenge or $2.1 billion.
According to the statistics, this was the worst result amont the Eurasian Economic Union countries. Except for Kazakhstan, the deficit was recorded in Kyrgyzstan in the amount of 3.6 billion som or $0.1 billion.
In the other EAEU member states a budget surplus was observed. In Russia during the given period the indicator showed almost 3.1 trillion rubles ($47.6 billion), in Belarus - 2.8 billion Belarusian rubles ($3.1 billion), in Armenia - 95.1 billion drams ($0.2 billion).
In the same period of 2018, there was the highest size of budget deficit in the amount of 254.6 billion tenge ($0.8 billion) in Kazakhstan.
The highest deficit in the EAEU was recorded in Kazakhstan - $700 billion - as a result of the first half of 2019.
