Number of patients with hepatitis decreased by 10% in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - A number of patients with hepatitis decreased by 10% in Kyrgyzstan, said the head of department of prevention of infectious and parasitic diseases Abdykadyr Joroyev on air of Birinchi Radio on Nov 25. According to him, 6,600 hepatitis cases were registered in the republic in 10 months of 2019 and 7,200 cases were regitsred for the same period of 2018.
"The Heath Ministry conducts corresponding work. Therefore, each person must observe personal hygiene," he said.
Joroyev noted that they have exact statistics on number of people, who received the hepatitis vaccine.
