‘Investigating Judge’ module to start fully operating across Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - The module "Investigating Judge" will be fully operate across the country after testing, said government. Vice PM Jenish Razakov held offsite meeting on monitoring the ‘Unified Register of Violations' automated system and visited the department of legal statistics of General Prosecutor's Office and Sverdlovsk district court in Bishkek city.
"The legal statistics department of General Prosecutor's Office tested module ‘Investigating judge' in the automated system. The employees of the General Prosecutor's Office held a number of trainings for law enforcement officers, as well as for district judges across the republic," the statement said.
"We need to provide explicit work of automated system, which will allow to improve the control system, will increase transparency of the proceedings. A citizen, who addressed to the law enforcement agencies should be able to monitor online all stages of consideration of his statement," said Razakov.
