MP asks government to provide funding to finish construction of school in Uzghen district

AKIPRESS.COM - MP Sagindik Keldibaev has asked the government to finance completion of construction of the school in Jalpak-Tash village in Uzgen district, Osh region.
He said some 19 million soms were budgeted for construction, but only 500,000 were allocated in 2019.
"If such sum is provided yearly, how long will it take to finish construction then?" the MP said.
The Prime Minister explained the situation with shortage of public funds.
"We try to work with the facilities that are 70% complete to finish their construction. This year we will finish construction of 50% complete schools and schools that were in state of emergency," the Prime Minister said.
