Three village councils in Naryn and Jalal-Abad to hold elections on Dec 17

AKIPRESS.COM - Three village councils will hold elections on Dec 17, said Central Election Commission on Nov 29. CEC decree on appointment of heads of Ak-Moyun village council in At-Bashy district of the Naryn region, as well as Ala-Buka and Uch-Korgon village councils in Aksy district of the Jalal-abad region was published on Nov 28.
The head of Ak-Moyun village council was dismissed from his post by the decree of head of At-Bashy district on July 29 because council members announced non-confidence.
The head of Ala-Buka village council resigned at his own request on Oct 23.
The head of Uch-Korgon village council also resigned at his own request on Nov 20.
