Inside the penal colony #8

AKIPRESS.COM - 728 people are serving their sentences in the penal colony #8, according to the information voiced at the Human Rights in the Criminal Justice System on December 5. 21 of them are foreign nationals. The age of 6 prisoners exceeds 60 years. Three prisoners have disabilities.
The territory of the penal colony has one 1-storey residential barrack, five 2-storey houses and one 3-storey building each heated separately with steam stoves.
There is also a hairdresser's room, sauna and laundry room on the territory of the colony.
A new toilet for common use with warm floors was built.
