Vice PM explains why Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship Hospital not open still

AKIPRESS.COM - All works have been completed in the Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship Hospital and the hospital is ready to open, Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Altynai Omurbekova said today at the session of the parliamentary committee on social issues, education, science, culture and healthcare. The problem is the agreement has not been yet ratified in the Turkish parliament, Omurbekova noted.
"Nothing was changed after the first remarks, the hospital remains to be only for those, who are able to visit private hospitals, although municipal funds were allocated there. The situation is disputable," Omurbekova said.
However, Minister of Health Kosmosbek Cholponbayev did not agree with the Vice PM. He said that according to the program of state guarantees even state institutions can provide paid services.
The hospital will work for 3 years according to the agreement, the Minister said.
