100-meter long hanging bridge under reconstruction in Alai district

AKIPRESS.COM - The hanging bridge is under reconstruction in the Gulcho village of Alai district, Turmush reports. The bridge was built in 1993. The local residents several times raised the bridge reconstruction issue at the meetings.
A group of local resident put forward an initiative to complete the bridge reconstruction. The locals collect raised funds and launched the reconstruction works. The head of the district Zamirbek Moldokulov and head of the village council Altynbek Bolbur uulu familiarized with the reconstruction works.
The hanging bridge unites the villages of Jyluu-Suu and Gulcho. The bridge is 100 meters long and 1.5 meters wide. Work is scheduled to be completed in the near future.
