Dariga Nazarbayeva meets Director General of Channel One Eurasia

AKIPRESS.COM - Speaker of the Senate of Kazakhstan Dariga Nazarbayeva met with Director General of the Channel One Eurasia, a privately owned television station in Kazakhstan, Sergey Kiselev, Zakon.kz reported. During the talks, Kiselev told about the work of the TV Channel and development of media field as a whole.
The sides raised the issues of amendments introduced to the media legislation, including regulation of activities of foreign companies on Internet on the territory of Kazakhstan and their taxation.
Nazarbayeva also congratulated Kiselev on 20th anniversary of foundation of the zakon.kz news agency.
