Bishkek hosts interreligious festival

AKIPRESS.COM - The ConFest interreligious festival-exhibition was held in Bishkek on December 11. The goal of the event was development of interreligious consent and tolerance between representatives of religious organizations in the country.
The event was organized at the Inter-Confessional Council of Kyrgyzstan supported by the State Commission for Religious Affairs.
Head of the State Commission for Religious Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Zaiyrbek Ergeshov said that the festival will contribute to strengthening of civil identity among Kyrgyzstan.
