Tokayev promises to impove civil society role in Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during awarding ceremony on occation of the Independent Day of the country in Alorda said that every citizen should be protected from incompetence of the officials, Vlast,kz reported.
"Every civil servant should remember that we are a part of people, work for the people and we are among people. The hearing state is a lack of bureaucracy in its worst forms. This is a transparency of all procedures based on digitalization. Every citizen in the hearing state should feel in safety and protected from tyranny and incompetence from officials. We will strongly refuse from such officials," he said.
The President said that a new wave of managers should be attracted to the power management pointing to the presidential staff reserve.
The head of state also reminded about a serious reforms in law enforcememt and judicial systems.
